Obesity and depression go hand in hand

A new study by Israeli scientists find that obesity can lead to depression and may contribute to burn out at work. It’s my experience that when people are depressed they may tend to eat more. This is known as emotional eating.
Whether you are depressed, or have gained too much weight, there is one thing that you can do to help yourself. It is free, and effective: EXERCISE. Walk, run, jump rope, everyday. Take along some uplifting music. What I mean by “uplifting” is music which touches your soul. I love spiritual music, but anything that makes you feel REALLY GOOD will do.
