Does the Metabolic Balance® diet work?
Yes — it is scientifically proven to be an extremely effective and sustainable weight loss tool. Studies show it also addresses obesity-linked conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
How do I know my plan is unique to me?
Once you receive your individualized plan, you can verify it was uniquely created for you using the Metabolic Balance® Plan Checker tool provided with your plan.
What does the program cost?
The full package is $1,350.00 + $175.50 HST = $1,525.50. This is a one-time cost — no hidden fees, no supplements to buy. Payment by e-transfer, credit card, or easy payment plan.
Will I gain the weight back (yo-yo effect)?
No. Metabolic Balance avoids the yo-yo effect by providing the correct balance of macronutrients (40-45% carbs, 30-35% fat, 20-30% protein) to keep your metabolism healthy long-term.
